Can I pay upfront?

Yep - if you'd rather get it done, select this option on the registration page.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Your £200 deposit is non-refundable - it covers costs we commit to on your behalf early (hotels, Eurostar). If you cancel before your balance payments are due you won't owe anything further.

Is there a payment plan if I need more flexibility?

Get in touch. We've kept it to two balance payments to keep things simple, but if a different schedule

would help you commit, ask - we're not precious about it.

Can I transfer my place to someone else?

Usually, yes. Get in touch and we'll sort the details.

Is there a single room option?

Yes — if you'd rather not share, single rooms are available for a £400 supplement across the trip. Just

let us know when you book.

Do I need travel insurance?

Yes, you'll need to sort your own. We can't advise on a specific provider, but there are plenty of good

options on the market. Make sure it covers cycling.

Is my bike safe overnight?

Completely. Bikes are locked and secured every night.

Is there a minimum age?

Yes, you need to be 18 or over to join us.

What fitness level do I need?

We're in this together. Before the trip, we'll ask for your estimated average speed and use it to arrange

pelotons so you're riding with people at a similar pace. This isn't about chasing PBs, it's about

enjoying the road, the company, and the finish line beer.
