We’re Dive Deep Events. Three mates with over 20 years of experience between us, delivering events for national charities, cycling especially, though we’ve never limited ourselves to it.
We know what it’s like to be on your side of the table. Before Dive Deep, we were the ones running flagship events in house, carrying the budgets, the risk registers, the trustee reports and the responsibility that comes with every supporter who puts their trust, and often their money, into your event.
We’ve hosted dignitaries at finish lines abroad, managed multi million pound budgets, and made the calls at 5am when something needed sorting fast. That experience is exactly what we bring to you now.
Because we’ve lived it, we’re not learning on your event. We understand the internal buy in you need, the funding conversations, the risk management, and the pressure of knowing your supporters and your reputation are on the line every time an event goes ahead.
We take that pressure off your team, we don’t add to it. Whether you need a single logistical element managed, strategic input on a new event, or full project management from first idea to finish line, we work as a genuine extension of your organisation.
Don't think of us as an outside agency, but people who understand what your event needs to mean to the people taking part, and to you.
Every project and client is unique and because of that, each event gets treated as if it were our own, because for years, events like these were.
We bring the same care, scrutiny and attention to detail whether we’re managing your entire event or one element of it.
We’re upfront, we communicate clearly, and we make decisions the way you would if you had the time and the team to do it all yourselves.
If you’ve got an event in mind, or even just a rough idea you’d like to talk through, we’d love to hear from you.

We love bespoke, genuinely. If what you need isn’t something you’ve seen us describe, ask anyway. We’ll most likely be able to help.
